1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowEntry ("the Service"), including the website at flowentry.io, the charting application, API endpoints, and Telegram channels operated by FlowEntry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowEntry is a cryptocurrency liquidity flow detection tool. It scans trading pairs on the Binance exchange, detects unusual volume patterns, and presents this data through a web-based charting interface and Telegram alerts. FlowEntry is a data visualization and analysis tool only.

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: FlowEntry does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of advice.

All information provided by the Service — including but not limited to liquidity zones, sigma values, pulse readings, trade logs, detection rates, and market momentum indicators — is for informational and educational purposes only. No content on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or financial instrument.

Past performance data (including backtest results, detection rates, and historical trade logs) does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. FlowEntry and its operators shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of using the information provided by the Service.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans & Payment

FlowEntry offers the following subscription plans:

• Free: Limited access at no cost
• 7-Day Pass ($7): Full access for 7 days from the date of purchase
• Annual ($300/year): Full access for 365 days from the date of purchase

All payments are one-time charges, not automatically recurring subscriptions. Payments are processed through Stripe (credit/debit card) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). Prices are in US Dollars (USD).

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate access granted upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription plan once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing paid features, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or, at our sole discretion, extend your access period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or paid access with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service or its data
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service without authorization
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any data or content from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the detection algorithms, data processing methods, charting interface, indicators, scanner design, branding, and text — are owned by FlowEntry and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Data Accuracy

FlowEntry sources market data from the Binance exchange and processes it through proprietary algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the data is always complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Data feeds may experience delays, interruptions, or errors. You should not rely solely on FlowEntry data for trading decisions.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including exchange API changes, server outages, or network issues).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlowEntry, its owner, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from trading decisions made using information from the Service
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or data inaccuracies

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowEntry, its owner, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading and investment decisions.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Binance (market data), Stripe (payment processing), NOWPayments (crypto payments), and Telegram (messaging). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that we determine, in our sole discretion, are harmful to the Service or other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
